On February 14-16 a training conference was held for employees of the commercial directorate of the Unitile Group of Companies in Rostov-on-Don.

For three days 150 participants from all over the country, from Vladivostok to Kaliningrad, got acquainted with production, received new information about Unitile's plans and strategies for 2018, new product range, the latest trends in the world of ceramic fashion, shared expertise, and simply communicated with each other.

– "As it’s the main purpose of the conference, the lion's share of the program was focused on training. But apart from a strict official format, the participants had time for both a rocking party and a team building that was held on the last day. So, we are talking about a full-fledged reboot of two very important services, one of which determines what the product will be, the other - how it will be sold. I believe that the reboot was successful," - CEO of the Group of Companies, Sergey Klykov is sure. "We face an ambitious task this year – to pass the milestone of 8 billion rubles in revenue. And we have everything to accomplish this goal.

– “This year the significant changes are planned in our directorates. This concerns new tools and approaches to product promotion, the new commercial policy. A lot of interesting programs for our clients and partners will be introduced. Accordingly, the requirements for each member of our team also increase. Therefore, it was so important for all participants to get together, get first-hand information, discuss complex issues, which is especially necessary taking into account specific nature and features of each particular region”, - marketing director Guzel Isyandavletova says.

According to the sales director Anastasia Tverdokhlebova, such meetings help to avoid inconsistencies and misunderstandings that are possible between various divisions in large companies:

– "Of course, all of us face the same tasks, but we have our own tools for their implementation. To unite approaches, develop common solutions and thereby achieve maximum synergy is one of the key conditions for achieving success."

And, of course, one more important aspect, which was especially noted by the HR director Tatyana Fedchenko:

–"We work far away from each other, in different time zones. Often for each other, we are a voice over the phone or a line in the signature under the letter. And today everyone has the opportunity to get acquainted personally and know the person with whom you are making a big common deal, and once again make sure what professional, creative and wonderful people make up the big family of Unitile."
