General Information on Tendering

The tenders held by the Unitile are an internal procedure for choosing a counterparty and are not considered to be trades in the sense of the requirements of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (unless the tender for the choice of the supplier of goods, works, services is mandatory in accordance with requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation).

The following objectives and tasks are pursued in tenders:

  • improving the efficiency of procurement activities;
  • ensuring rational spending of money;
  • promoting the objectivity, openness and impartiality of the procurement process for the needs of Unitile;
  • availability of participation in the supply of the maximum number of bona fide participants;
  • ensuring competition;
  • choice for cooperation of the potentially most conscientious partner;
  • procurement of goods and services on the most favorable terms for Unitile;
