On October 9, the team participants among supervisors and designers were chosen. On October 13, they will participate in the extreme and exciting quest at production sites of Shakhty Ceramics LLC and Vladimirovsky Open Pit of Refractory Clays. The main prize is a trip to Italy, the homeland of the brand, for all participants of a winning team.

Team participants were chosen by a random number generator, and that means that everyone had a chance, but some participants were luckier than others. In any case, the rest of the employees shouldn't be upset. That wasn't the first or the last competition organized by one of the leading ceramic brands.
