I came to the plant in 2003, and the company’s name was Stroyfarfor JSC at that time. By the time I joined the plant, my overall work experience was four years. And I had never seen such a vast enterprise in my life. I was greatly impressed with coherence across numerous units and departments in it, responsiveness and friendliness of the team and mentors. I started my career in the company as a DCS engineer and participated in the construction of the raw-material warehouse of shop No 3. In 2008 I became a foreman of the sorting machine repair section. And in 2009 I was promoted to the position of a Supervisor of the Sorting and Packing section. Since 2012 till today I have been working as a Supervisor of the Sorting and Line Placement Service.
I feel great pride when I realize that I am a part of such large and dynamically developing enterprise. Professionalism and commitment of our employees allow our company to maintain a leading position not only in Russia but also abroad.
To those, who are about to begin their career in our company, I want to say that it is critical to stay committed and motivated. Set an explicit goal for yourself, do your best to achieve it, and then set another one, more ambitious. Do not fear obstacles and strive for the best. As the saying goes, "It's a poor soldier that never wants to become a general." Your perseverance and commitment to your work will help you reach great heights.
I joined this plant as a maintenance worker in 2001. At that moment, I was a graduate from college and studied by correspondence at the university. It's always hard in the beginning, particularly if you lack practical and theoretical knowledge. Each new position requires extra efforts and commitment, especially in such field as production. Seven years passed from the moment I joined the plant to the day when I became a production flow manager. I have the most thorough knowledge of every detail in the production flow I supervise; I know every nuance and every item. It's impossible to achieve success without profound knowledge and love for your work.
At the present moment, the number of my subordinates is 320. They learn from me, and I learn from them. Shoulder to shoulder we move towards the stated goals. What unites us is love for our enterprise and pride for our production flow, our team and our products.
I would like to say to the newcomers - don't be afraid of anything, set goals for yourself and achieve results, always learn and be open to new knowledge, and you'll surely achieve success!
I remember the exact date when I started working at the factory. It was immediately after graduating, on July 20, 1999. Actually, I was very lucky, because there were many people willing to work in this company. That was not surprising at the time. It’s not surprising even today, since our company has always been one of the most reliable enterprises in the field. My first duty was that of pre-production expert. A few months later I became the head of the loading/unloading accounting department, and a couple of years later I became the head of the planning department.
I want to say to all new employees who have just started working in this field: there will be many pitfalls in your path, many difficulties and tasks that need to be addressed and solved. Focus your energy on the final outcome and you will succeed!
I started my career at the Unitile Group of Companies as an office manager in the early part of 2012. I have always believed and continue to believe that a committed person who is willing to work hard can achieve any goal. I perceive every difficulty that arises in the workflow as a springboard for achieving greater results. Positive thinking, solving any problem at its earliest stage, good and friendly relations with colleagues: all this helped me in my career advancement. In 2016, I was appointed as a Separate Division Supervisor in Vladivostok. However, the "springboards" didn't end there.
Any assigned task must be performed properly or not performed at all. Such a principle is strictly observed in our team. All employees are concerned with their job and love it, at any time we are ready to cooperate to solve a common task and show everyone what real team spirit is. Success is reached by those who believe in it and strive to reach it!
I came to the plant in 1997 and my first job was a software engineer. In 2001 I became a Department Supervisor. There were many difficulties. Besides, there was no understanding of the necessity to create a separate IT service at that time. I had to put a lot of effort into showing everyone that our department played a significant role in the effective work of the company.
During my work at the Unitile Group of Companies we have succeeded in gathering a team of true professionals. And it’s worth noting that one of the appreciative focuses of our department’s work is the generation of positive emotions among the employees during the working process. Neither you nor your fellow workers will benefit, if you are in a bad mood.

I came to work at the Unitile Group of Companies in 2002. My first job was a second-grade handyman. Four month later I was promoted to a kiln fireman position, and in May 2008 I already worked an occupational safety engineer. In 2013, having received the necessary experience, I became the head of the labor protection department. I want to emphasize that there are difficulties at the initial stages of any work, the process of gaining experience is a very difficult task in itself, but when you already have a certain amount of experience and knowledge, and it will become much easier for you. I often remember how in the first years of my work almost every night I saw a kiln in my dreams. Constantly, in the daytime and during the night, I was looking for ways to overcome challenges, so I know what I'm talking about.
We have a team of professionals who can provide a qualified answer to any question regarding their field of expertise. I believe that one should love what he/she does, and then the work will bring not only satisfaction but also joy. We love our company, we support our corporate values, we love and are proud of the product that we produce.
